  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  2. You agree that the courts of Queensland, Australia, have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

16. General

(a) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

(b) Waiver

A failure or delay by Aceso Group to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

(c) Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Aceso Group in relation to your use of the Website.

(d) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Aceso Group may assign, transfer or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a corporate restructure, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or similar transaction.
